Sometime in the early 1920s, with their 3 daughters in hand - Eva & Milo made another move, this time to Stockton, CA.

Then, between March 1924 and May 1928 - Eva gave birth to 3 sons -
Jason Lee, my father
Cary James and
Harold Thomas...Jason served in WWII aboard the USS Astoria and died during the Battle of Savo Island when his ship was destroyed and sunk. He was 19 years old.
My father also enlisted in the Navy in 1943 just before his 18th birthday, and served aboard the USS Shaw.
In October 1943 the Shaw took part in operations around New Guinea and New Britain. She was hit in an air attack off Cape Gloucester on 26 December 1943. After repair of that damage, she operated in the Central Pacific, including participation in the invasion of Guam.
